AllSpice: Pimenta dioica/Leaf Middle
Stimulating and revitalizing. This oil has been shown to help with arthritis, muscle tone, stiffness, rheumatism, muscular and gastric cramps, indigestion, nausea, depression, nervous tension/exhaustion, neuralgia, coughs and bronchitis. For topical applications, be certain to dilute Allspice very well as it can irritate the skin. 

Amyris: Amyris balsamifera/Wood/Base
It can be used as an antiseptic, to calm nerves and relieve stress, or to aid circulation. Many believe it has sedative properties and assists during meditation. 

Anise: Illicium verum/leaf,fruit/Top and Middle
Known for its effect on the digestive system, Anise may also have a good effect on asthma and breathing difficulties. It has estrogen-like properties, which allow it to act as an emmenagogue, aid childbirth and increase milk secretion. It’s also an antispasmodic for nerves and muscles. Anise is indicated to help with lack of menstruation, menopause and colitis. Fun fact: Fishermen sometimes use it to mask human scent while fishing.

Basil Sweet: Ocimum basilicum/Leaves/Top
Generally used as an antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, pain reliever and antibacterial, Basil has a great wake-me-up aroma and is a wonderful addition to many perfume blends. It soothes stress, depression, and mental fatigue, and works as a brain and memory stimulant.

Bergamot (bergaptene free) Citrus bergamia/Peel/Top
Bergamot relaxes the nervous system and acts as a digestive. It can also be used as an expectorant, gargled for a sore throat, inhaled for anxiety and depression or used for a variety of skin problems. It may be used as an inhalation for respiratory tract infections such as tonsillitis and bronchitis. Bergamot is a valuable antiseptic for the urinary tract, and infections and inflammation such as cystitis. Combined with Tea Tree it’s used as a treatment for cold sores, chicken pox and shingles.

Bitter Orange: Citrus aurantium/ Peel/ Top
can aid colds, constipation, dull skin, flatulence, flu, gums, slow digestion and stress.

Black Pepper: Piper nigrum/Dried Berries/Middle
analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, diuretic, laxative and stomachic in nature. It’s very stimulating to the mind and gives stamina when there's frustration. Its rubefacient and analgesic properties make it useful for muscular aches and pains, and muscular stiffness as it assists with dilation of local blood vessels. Assists with rheumatoid arthritis and temporary limb paralysis. It can be warming in the event of cold or flu. Its stomachic effect increases flow of saliva and stimulates appetite, expels wind, encourages peristalsis and is useful in bowel problems; restores tone to colon muscles.

Blood Orange: Citrus sinensis/ Peel/ Middle
disinfectant for wounds, an antispasmodic to relax muscle and nerve spasms, tonic for the immune system, or as a way to remove excess gas from the intestines, which reduces risk of elevated blood pressure and indigestion.

Cajeput: Cinnamomum camphora/Wood/Top
antiseptic, decongestant, anti-spasmodic, stimulant and tonic, amongst other things. Cajeput oil is beneficial in helping fight against many different types of bacteria, viruses and fungi. One of its biggest uses is as an insecticide; when diluted, it can help deter mosquitos, ants and other insects by either being sprayed in the air or rubbed directly on the body

Camphor: Cinnamomum camphora/Wood/Top
anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, carminative, diuretic, insecticide, and laxative properties. Camphor has been used in the treatment of nervous depression, acne, inflammation, arthritis, muscular aches and pains, sprains, rheumatism, bronchitis, coughs, colds, fever, flu and infectious diseases. It’s also a well-known repellent of moths and other insects, and an ingredient in moth balls.

Cananga: Cananga odorata/Flower/ Middle
used for oily skin/hair, insect bites, high blood pressure, anxiety, nervous tension, stress and fragrancing.

Caraway: Carum carv/Seed/Middle
used in cosmetics and as a flavoring agent for many oral medications and toothpastes. It helps ease menstrual cramps in women, increases the flow of breast milk in nursing mothers and relieves a lot of digestive problems like heartburn, gas, bloating and appetite-loss. Caraway also improves urinary control, helps people cough out lodged phlegm and increases local blood flow. Can be substituted for Dill Weed in blends.

Carrot Seed : Daucus carota/ Seed/ Middle 
tonic, stimulant, liver regeneration and cholesterol control. It’s recommended for mature skin and/or wrinkled skin, due to its stimulating effect on red blood cells, which adds tone and elasticity to the skin. Its properties make it useful for problems such as weeping sores and ulcers, vitiligo, boils, carbuncles, eczema and psoriasis. Carrot Seed may help relieve feelings of stress and exhaustion. It’s used in massage oils and baths since it’s considered an excellent blood purifier because of its detoxifying effect on the liver. It’s used to treat jaundice and other liver disorders.

Cassia: Cinnamomum cassia/Leaf/ Middle
helps treat nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and high body temperatures. It has also been known to improve blood circulation and ease joint pain.

Cedarwood: Cedrus atlantica/ Wood/ Base
an excellent insecticide and astringent. Other properties include: antifungal, antiputrefactive, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, diuretic, expectorant, regenerative, sedative and tonic.

Cedarleaf: Thuija Occidentalis/Leaf/Top

Anti rheumatic, astringent, diuretic, insect repellent, tonic 

Celery Seed: Apium graveolens/ Seeds/ Middle
antiseptic, anti-rheumatic, sedative. Put a couple of drops on a cotton ball and place inside your pillowcase to promote more restful sleep. Used extensively by food manufacturers and in the spice industry.

Chamomile Roman: Anthemis nobilis/ Flower/ Middle
Roman Chamomile is generally used to treat psychological problems and is a traditional remedy for calming children. Massaging a 1% dilution in Apricot Kernel or any other carrier oil over the abdomen will be useful for children with colic or around the cheeks if they suffer from teething pain. Roman Chamomile is great for women with irregular periods and PMS, ideally used in a bath or massage oil. While Roman Chamomile's anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic effects are less than those of German Chamomile, it still retains these properties. It also has analgesic, antidepressant, antirheumatic and sedative properties.

Cilantro: Coriandrum sativum/ Leaves/ Middle
analgesic, antioxidant, antispasmodic, apertif, bactericidal, digestive, carminative, fungicidal, revitalizing, stimulant, stomachic. When used in a diffuser, Cilantro can help stimulate the mind and ease tension. Apply topically, after diluting, to aid digestive issues, arthritis and sore muscles.

Cinnamon Leaf: Cinnamomum zeylanicum/ Leaves/ Middle
Well known for its analgesic properties, Cinnamon Leaf, with its spicy, warm aroma, is also popular in anti-inflamatory medicines. Other properties include: antibacterial, anticlotting, antiseptic, antispasmodic, carminative, insecticide, stimulant and tomachic.

Citronella: Cymbopogon nardus/ Leaves/ Top
In addition to its most associated quality, insect repellant, Citronella may also help pets get rid of fleas. It’s also known to clear the mind and may be useful for headaches and migraines. Its deodorant and stimulating properties refresh sweaty and tired feet

Clary Sage: Salvia sclarea/Leaves, tops/ Middle
Known as a hormone balancer, due to its antispasmodic and emmenagogue properties, Clary Sage may regulate scanty periods and is helpful in easing PMS and painful cramps in the lower back. It’s well known for its euphoric action and is an extremely valuable oil for treating nervousness, fear, paranoia and depression. It can also help with cases of asthma, coughing and sore throat.

Clementine:Anthemis nobilis/ Flower/ Middle
Clementine is rejuvenates the mind and eases pain. It has been shown to promote restful sleep, relieve stress and clarify the mind.

Clove Bud: Eugenia caryophyllata/ Bud/ Middle
generally associated with dental procedures due to its strong analgesic properties. Its spicy, woodsy aroma makes it perfect for relieving tension and headaches. Other properties include: antimicrobial, antifungal antiseptic, antiviral, aphrodisiac, germicidal and stimulation

Copaiba Balsam: Copaifera officinalis/ Crude resin/ Base
ability to reduce pain, eliminate inflammation, protect against infection, heal the skin, prevent fungal growth, boost respiratory health, improve the health of the skin and hair, improve bladder control, speed healing, tighten the skin, and lower blood pressure.

Coriander Seed: Coriandrum sativum/ Seeds/ Middle 
considered anti-inflammatory and sedative. It's indicated to ease stress, anxiety and insomnia. It also stimulates the mind and may help memory. Coriander is used as a massage oil to ease arthritis pain and migraine headaches. It can be used for oily skin and applied to clear blackheads.

Cornmint: Mentha arvensis/ Herb, leaf, flower/ Middle
used in flavoring toothpastes, mouthwashes and pharmaceuticals. It’s good for the nervous system, acting as a regulator and sedative. Because it is antiseptic and anti-bacterial, it can be used to treat swollen gums, mouth ulcers and toothaches.

Cumin:Cuminum cyminum/ Seeds/ Middle/base
This oil has been found to aid digestion and elimination. Cumin can also be used in massage blends to improve circulation.

Cypress: Cupressus sempervirens/ Branches/Leaves Middle
anti-infectious, spasmolytic and decongestant. It’s indicated for colitis or infections of the gut, to decongest the prostate and to stimulate the pancreas. It has primary use in the respiratory and circulatory systems. This uplifting oil can provide strength and comfort, and when inhaled just before bedtime can be soothing and relaxing. Cypress is useful for sweaty palms or feet. As with many of the evergreen oils, it’s useful in reducing fluid retention, cellulite and pain associated with aching muscles and arthritis. A few drops of this oil on a cotton ball placed under the pillow can help stop coughing. Cypress regulates the menstrual cycle (particularly in conditions associated with dysmenorrhea), relieves painful cramping and reduces heavy blood flow especially in the early stages of menopause.

Dill Weed: Anethum graveolens/ Weed/herb/leaf/ Middle
mucolytic and anti-catarrh, and it's indicated to aid insufficient liver function. Other properties include: antispasmodic, digestive, disinfectant, hypotensive and sedative. This oil is frequently used in the commercial flavoring industry. Very similar to Caraway and can be substituted in blends.

Elemi: Canarium luzonicum/ Gum/ Middle
stimulate the immune system; it’s used as an expectorant and to open up air passages. It also aids sleep and stress. Elemi is used for muscle and nerve pain, and for certain skin conditions such as acne, scars and fungus.

Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus globulus/ Leaf/ Top
analgesic, antirheumatic, antiseptic, decongestant, expectorant and vermifuge. It stabilizes emotions and aids concentration. Eucalyptus is one of the most valuable oils for treating the respiratory system. It’s effective in lowering temperatures in all types of fever, makes breathing easier and loosens phlegm. According to research, the spraying of a 2% emulsion containing eucalyptus oil kills off 70% of local, airborne staphylococci. It has also been shown to help with cystitis.

Fennel: Foeniculum vulgaris/ Seed/ Top, middle
antiseptic, diuretic, expectorant, insecticide and laxative. It’s an excellent body cleanser since it may rid the system of toxins from alcohol and excessive eating. It can be used for the treatment of cellulite and to regulate menstrual cycles as well. Fennel can be used for the lungs as an antispasmodic and expectorant.

Fir Needle: Abies siberica/ Needles/ Middle
analgesic, antiseptic, deodorant and expectorant. It’s useful as an inhalation for anxiety and stress. Fir Needle is ideal for respiratory difficulties and has a beneficial effect on chest conditions, especially obstructions of the bronchi, such as mucus. Its warming effect is advantageous in massage blends for the relief of muscular aches and pains due to rheumatic or arthritic conditions.

Frankincense: Boswellia carteri/ Resin/ Base
antiseptic, astringent, cicatrisant, digestive, diuretic and sedative. It’s ideal for use in meditation, due to it’s ability to slow down breathing and produce feelings of calm. Like most other oils extracted from resins, Frankincense is effective for respiratory catarrhal discharge and respiratory congestion. Used in inhalations, it may be helpful for asthma sufferers as it eases shortness of breath. Its astringent properties may relieve uterine hemorrhages, as well as heavy periods, and generally acts as a tonic to the uterus. Its cytophylactic properties make it an ideal oil for mature, wrinkled skin in need of a lift.

Garlic: Allium sativum/ Bulb/ Top note
can lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and protect the heart. Garlic also helps treat recurrent respiratory and urinary tract infections, and skin blemishes.

Geranium:Pelargonium graveolens/ Leaf/ Middle
analgesic, antidepressant, antiseptic, cicatrisant, diuretic and insecticide. It can be beneficial for PMS and breast inflammation, and may assist with menopausal problems such as vaginal dryness and heavy periods. Since it helps clear the body of toxins, Geranium may be helpful with addictions. It also stimulates the lymphatic system, which keeps infection at bay, and eases neuralgia. This oil is a diuretic and a lymphatic stimulant, which can help relieve congestion, fluid retention and swollen ankles. It's useful for all skin conditions as it balances sebum and is an excellent remedy for burns, wounds and ulcers.

Ginger: Zingiber officinale/ Root/ Middle, base
antiseptic, analgesic, expectorant, laxative and aphrodisiac. It aids memory, cheers one up and eases sore throats. It can also settle the digestive system and is effective against nausea, sea and travel sickness, jet lag and hangovers. Ginger relieves cramps, rheumatic pains and muscle spasms. It's a valuable remedy in cases of impotence.

Grapefruit:Citrus paradisi/ Peel/ Top
antidepressant, antiseptic, disinfectant, diuretic and stimulant. It's invaluable in times of stress and depression, as it uplifts and revives the spirit. This oil is useful for treating water retention and helps detoxify the body. Grapefruit treats cellulite and has a stimulating effect on the digestive system. Congested and oily skin benefit from its application. It has been shown to relieve migraine and premenstrual tension and jet lag, and is ideal for disinfecting rooms in spray blends

Gurjun Balsam: Dipterocarpus turbinatus/ Middle
It helps in the stimulation of the heart and increases blood pressure. It also aids in the reduction of mucous secretion and helps relieve respiratory disorders like asthma, chronic cough and bronchitis. Gurjun Balsam alleviates skin irritation and treats rashes, wounds, eczema and bedsores. This oil is also noted for fighting against viral infections; it battles against influenza and helps in circulation.

Helichrysum: Helichrysum bracteiferum/ Flowers/ Base
helpful for circulatory disorders and can relieve the pain of rheumatism and arthritis. It has a beneficial effect on colds, flu, bronchitis, coughs and asthma. Helichrysum has superb regenerating qualities and can assist in the acne, dermatitis, stretch marks, boils and abscesses. Folk medicine presents this as a great boon for healing scars and fighting the ravages of aging. It aids the digestive system, reducing liver and spleen congestion.

Helichrysum italicum: Helichrysum italicum/ Flowers/ Base
helpful for circulatory disorders and can relieve the pain of rheumatism and arthritis. It has a beneficial effect on colds, flu, bronchitis, coughs and asthma. Helichrysum has superb regenerating qualities and can assist in the treatment of acne, dermatitis, stretch marks, boils and abscesses. Ho Wood: Cinnamomum camphora/ Leaves, twigs/ Middle
used to treat illnesses associated with the skin, including infections, wounds, scars, sensitive skin, dermatitis and acne. It's an antidepressant, a soothing agent, a muscle relaxant and an antiseptic. Studies have shown that it's also an aphrodisiac.

Hyssop: Hyssopus officinalis/ Leaves,flowers,buds/ Middle note
useful treating bruises, lack of energy and allergies.

Juniper Berry: Juniperus communis/ Berrie/ Middle note
antimicrobial, antiseptic, astringent, diuretic and sedative. This oil is regularly used for its cleansing nature for the body. Juniper Berry is also used for the treatment of arthritis, hemorrhoids, gout and cystitis.

Lavendar (bulgarian): Lavandula angustifolia/ Flower/ Middle note
analgesic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antispasmodic, aromatic, decongestant, insecticide, sedative and stimulant. Bulgarian Lavender has been known to help acne, allergies, anxiety, asthma, athlete's foot, bruises, burns, chicken pox, colic, cuts, cystitis, depression, dermatitis, dysmenorrhea, earaches, headaches, hypertension, insect bites, itching, labor pains, oily skin, rheumatism, scars, sores, sprains, stress, stretch marks, vertigo and whooping cough.

Lavender French (40/42):  Lavandula officinalis/ Flower, plant/ Top, middle
French Lavender can be considered "standard" lavender; it’s crisp and more astringent than Bulgarian Lavender. This oil is most commonly used in manufacturing other products like soaps and candles. Other uses include aromatherapy, perfumery, body care and cleaning products. French Lavender can aid with acne, allergies, anxiety, asthma, athlete's foot, bruises, burns, chicken pox, colic, cuts, cystitis, depression, dermatitis, dysmenorrhea, earaches, headaches, hypertension, insect bites, itching, labor pains, oily skin, rheumatism, scars, sores, sprains, stress, stretch marks, vertigo and whooping cough.

Lemon Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus citriodora/ Leaves, twigs/ Middle
Used mostly in the fragrance industry, Lemon Eucalyptus has become popular recently for bug repellent formulations. Other properties include: antiseptic, antiviral, bactericidal, deodorant, expectorant, fungicidal and sedative. It has been shown to aid arthritis, bronchitis, cold sores, colds and poor circulation

Lemon: Citrus limon/ Peel/ Top, middle
Lemon is the perfect all-purpose essential oil. Cold pressed from the peel, this oil has traditionally been used both medicinally and for home cleaning preparations. It’s well known for its antibacterial, antidepressant, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antirheumatic, antiseptic, antispasmodic and astringent properties. Lemon has been used, among many other things, to aid greasy skin, cuts, candida, circulation and obesity

Lemongrass: Cymbopogon flexuosus/ Leaves/  Middle, top
With its mild, sweet, citrus aroma, Lemongrass is well known for its excellent astringent and antidepressant properties. Other properties include: analgesic, antibacterial, antiseptic, deodorant, diuretic, fungicidal, insecticidal and sedative. Lemongrass can help with injuries to the muscles, ligaments or bones, and is useful in treating athlete's foot.

Lime: Citrus aurantifolia/ Peel,rind/ Top, middle
Lime is antiseptic, antiviral, astringent, disinfectant, insecticide and restorative. This oil is very stimulating in cases of apathy, depression and anxiety and has been shown to ease coughs and chest congestion. Since it encourages appetite, Lime may assist in treating anorexia. This oil also helps in treating alcoholism due to its disinfecting and detoxifying properties. Lime oil has extensive use in the body-care industry and forms a great deal of men's fragrances.

Litsea: Litsea cubeba/ Fruit/ Middle
Litsea is antibiotic, antidepressant, antiseptic, astringent, calming and sedative. It’s very uplifting and stimulating and is a known tonic to the heart and respiratory system. Litsea may be helpful in cases of bronchitis and asthma. It can also be used as an insect repellent. 

Mace: Myristica fragrans/ Husk/ Middle
Mace can be used as an antioxidant, anti-emetic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, analgesic, carminative, larvicidal, aphrodisiac emmenagogue and tonic.

Mandarin: Citrus madurensis/ Peel/rind/ Top/Middle
antiseptic, antispasmodic, cholagogue, digestive, diuretic and sedative. Its refreshing aroma has an uplifting quality often used to treat depression and anxiety. It has long been used for babies suffering from colic or hiccups. This oil has a tonic effect on the digestive system, aids the secretion of bile and breaks down fats. It calms the intestines and relieves flatulence. Mandarin is often used in combination with Neroli and a carrier oil to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy. It's also great for the skin, as it can aid acne, dull or oily skin, scars, spots and wrinkles.

Marjoram Sweet:  Origanum majorana/ Leaves, Floering tops/ Middle 
Marjoram has value when used for asthma and other respiratory complaints. It helps hyperactive people calm down while boosting circulation. The therapeutic properties of this oil are analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, aphrodisiac, carminative, cephalic, diaphoretic, digestive, diuretic, emmenagogue, expectorant, fungicidal, hypotensive, laxative, nervine, sedative, stomachic, vasodilator and vulnerary. Marjoram is helpful for colic, flatulance, muscle cramps, sprains and strains.

Myrrh: Commiphora myrrha/ Resin, Base
Myrrh is a deodorant, disinfectant, fungicidal and diuretic, and along with Frankincense is one of the most renowned incenses. It’s thought to enhance spirituality and may be used either in an oil burner or inhaled directly. It's particularly valuable in lifting feelings of weakness or apathy, while having a cooling effect on heated emotions. Due to its drying action, Myrrh is effective against excessive mucous in the lungs and is recommended in cases of bronchitis, colds, sore throats and coughs. This oil also stimulates and invigorates the immune system. It can ease flatulence and hemorrhoids. The efficacy of myrrh for the treatment of chronic wounds and ulcers is legendary, which is due to its antiseptic, astringent, anti-inflammatory and antiphlogistic properties. *

Niaouli: Melaleuca quinquenervia/ Leaves/ Middle
Niaouli is analgesic, antispasmodic, bactericidal, diaphoretic, expectorant and vermifuge. It’s used to treat aches, acne, colds, coughs, cuts, dull skin, the flu, oily skin, sore throats and whooping cough. Niaouli is considered a strong antiseptic, and is prescribed by phytotherapists and aromatherapists for the urinary system, cystitis and leucorrhoea, and for pulmonary trouble, such as bronchitis, catarrh and runny or stuffy nose.

Nutmeg:Myristica fragrans/ Seeds/ Middle
Nutmeg is considered analgesic, antioxidant, antiseptic, antispasmodic and tonic. It invigorates and stimulates the mind and is indicated to help with extreme tiredness. It’s used in massage blends for aching joints because of its warming property. One drop of Nutmeg with 20-40 drops of Orange is wonderful for the home. This oil is very strong and can be irritating to some users.

Oregano: Origanum vulgare/ Flowering top/ Middle
Oregano is an excellent disinfectant and stomachic. Its main effect seems to be on the digestive system, soothing the stomach, liver and spleen. It may combat acidity, stomach gas and encourage appetite

Palmarosa: Cymbopogon martinii/ Leaf, grass/ Middle, top
Palmarosa is antifungal and antiviral. It’s indicated to assist with bronchitis, birthing, regeneration of the skin and regulating oil production of the skin. It’s also useful in treating skin infections.

Patchouli:Pogostemon cablin/ Leaves/ Middle
Though its spicy, musky aroma may be reminiscent of the 60s and 70s, its skincare and medicinal properties prove that this oil is much more valued than as simply a fragrance. Pennyroyal is an excellent insect repellent, and is used in many commercial preparations. Some of this oil’s properties include antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive and stimulant. It’s extremely powerful, so remember that a few drops will go a very long way.DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY

Spearmint: Mentha spicata/ flowering top/ top
Spearmint is very similar to Peppermint, but slightly sweeter. Its properties include antispasmodic, emmenagogue, insecticide, parturient and stimulant. This oil is indicated for all sorts of respiratory problems, sinusitis, and chronic bronchitis. Spearmint is also helpful with digestive problems such as vomiting, flatulence, constipation and diarrhea, and seems to relax stomach muscles, relieves hiccups and nausea in both children and adults. It may be used to relieve pruritus. Spearmint stimulates a tired mind. If used in full body massage, use only a minute amount; massage in local areas may be preferable.

Sweet Orange: Citrus sinensis/ Fruit Peel/ Top

Tea Tree is considered the strongest antibacterial and antifungal essential oil today. It’s also the most widely used essential oil for healing minor skin issues. It also has the following properties: analgesic, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, deodorant and immune stimulant.

Thyme: Thymus zygis/ Leaves/ Top
Thyme can help with bruises, cellulite and weeping eczema. It’s emotionally fortifying and combats feelings of exhaustion, depression and lethargy. It can also help boost the memory and aid concentration. Thyme can help strengthen the body's defense mechanisms and prevent infection. It’s particularly good for respiratory problems such as coughs, colds, bronchitis and sore throats. This oil is also beneficial in treating urinary problems such as cystitis.

Vanilla: Vanilla planifolia/ Bean/ Middle
Vanilla is considered a premiere sensual aphrodisiac and one of the most popular flavors/aromas. It’s comforting and relaxing, and is an ingredient in many perfumes.

Vetiver: Vetiveria zizanoides/ Roots/ Base
Although Vetiver can be used for acne, oily skin and other topical applications, it’s particularly beneficial for emotional, spiritual and fragrancing. Emotionally, Vetiver is remarkably soothing and calming. It’s a good choice for use if you need to unwind or de-stress. Spiritually, it’s particularly grounding, making it a good choice for meditation and prayer. Vetiver is recommended for balancing the Root Chakra.

Wintergreen: Gaultheria procumbens/ Leaves/ Middle
Use with caution, Wintergreen is approximately 99% salicylate, the main ingredient in aspirin and can be irritating and sensitizing. Many aromatherapists try to stay away from this oil. Methyl salicylate has been incorporated into liniments and ointments for muscular skeletal problems. Use tiny amounts in muscle/joint blends after performing a patch test.

Ylang Ylang: Cananga Odorata/ Flowers/ Middle,base
